It’s custom made for busy women. One time a week, for ninety minutes, in a small group environment. Prepping your family meals, while in a group of 6-8, being guided on your journey.

You get to actually have face time with your Whole30 Coach, while developing accountability with others seeking to be… the change. All the while taking the guesswork out of this thing called Whole30.

Everything you need to be successful in your Whole30 Experience is covered.

So what does this include? Glad you asked!

Live “in person” contact time with your coach in a small group setting (6-8 individuals)

-90 minute sessions, weekly for 6 weeks. Focusing on planning and executing your Whole30. ( No temptations to click out, scroll down, multi-tasking, or kids vying for your attention. A space to show up for you!)

P.S. You can’t give your best to others, if you don’t schedule the time to take care of yourself.

– Dinners Planned and You Prep. All from the Whole30 Fast and Easy Cookbook (included in your group package). You will learn how to shop with a grocery list already planned, and we will pre-prep these together in the group to have ready for those busy nights. You can actually check this off your weekly “to-do” list.
